Canine ITP Study: Now Enrolling!

Join us in advancing innovative treatment options for dogs with immune-mediated thrombocytopenia (ITP).

What participation involves?

  • A single blood draw (4–6 mL) via routine venipuncture or through a catheter
  • No treatments or medications are administered
  • Participation is complete once the sample is collected

Why participate?

Dogs with ITP are at risk for serious, potentially life-threatening bleeding. Unfortunately, platelet products are extremely limited in veterinary medicine. This study evaluates synthetic platelet-like particles to determine whether they can help restore clotting ability ex vivo (in the laboratory), paving the way for future therapeutic options.
